**The time has finally come: From now on we are offering collective invoices to reduce the number of invoices and give everyone involved a better overview.**

In recent months, intensive work has been done behind the scenes at netcup on converting the billing system to enable collective invoices. We are all the more pleased that we can announce: We are now setting up**Collective invoices**and thus ensure more transparency and user comfort.

## What does this mean specifically for our customers?

Until now, billing was carried out on a daily basis. If a customer owns several netcup products, this billing method often resulted in a large number of invoices per month. Starting today, our customers will only receive one invoice per month on a date specified by us. The**products themselves**still keep it**the same billing intervals**and**Notice periods**.

Instead of billing the invoices immediately every day as before, they are billed in one**Invoice queue**collected and billed at least once a month - ideally on a fixed billing day. All customers will also be provided with one**official email**informed about the topic. This one**Email contains**also the one for**Each customer has an individual new billing day**, which can also be viewed in the CCP (CustomerControlPanel) at any time.
