The PDF files of netcup invoices now also contain e-invoices using the ZUGFeRD standard.
According to the German federal government, with an e-bill, billing information is transmitted completely electronically, received automatically and processed further. This enables continuous digital processing - from creation to payment.

What does that mean for you?
If you want to use e-bill:
Thanks to the ZUGFeRD standard, you can import the electronic invoice data directly into your accounting system and process it efficiently.
If you don't want to use e-bill:
No problem! You can use the PDF file as usual. The additional electronic attachment has no impact on the traditional use of your invoices.
Why is netcup introducing e-invoices?
The provision of e-invoices is legally mandatory for business customers. At netcup, however, we go one step further and make e-invoices available to all of our customers - whether business or private.
We at netcup have also been offering collective invoices since the end of 2024.
