Once a yearan online community meets in person. People who otherwise only know each other from the forum come together at the netcup community event and exchange ideas, get to know new faces or talk about their projects, new ideas and tech topics. That's exactly what it's all about - and has been since 2022.
What makes the netcup community event special?
First and foremost is thatCommunity eventa meeting for everyone who is interested in hosting, infrastructure and technology and would like to exchange ideas with like-minded people in a relaxed atmosphere.

For many members of the community, it is now a fixed date in the calendar and, unlike “classic” conferences, the focus here is not only on the content of the keynotes and lectures, but also on direct contact with the community and the netcup team.
Exchange with the community
There is always time for questions, new ideas and spontaneous conversations or even constructive feedback - a lot of feedback from the community that is collected during the event is actively incorporated into netcup's further planning. This not only affects the next event, but also products, features or improvements that are implemented in the company. Likewise willshared exciting insights, which you can't find on the netcup website, in the forum or in other channels (one more reason to come to the event this year).
Small highlights about the event

In addition, participants are allowed toexclusive special productsbe happy. In recent years, for example, a VPS Rubber Ducky or an RS Vincent van Bot have been issued. Activities such as trying out the “Sketchbot”, a netcup quiz or server lifting provide an extra dose of fun at the event.
From a small group to a well-attended community meeting
The first community event took place in 2022 - at that time with around 10 membersnetcup customer forums. A small group, but with even more anticipation and motivation. In addition to initial discussions and exchanges with each other, the participants also received insights into everyday support from the netcup Head of Customer Support.Fun activities such as a quiz enhanced the program.
Over the next few years, the event continued to grow year after year, and in 2025 a new record was set with over 160 participants. What hasn't changed despite the growing number of participants: the relaxed exchange between each other and with netcup direct remains the focus, whether during the break or at the subsequent dinner, to which the community is invited after the end of the official program. An initial meeting has gradually become an established event that brings together new and familiar faces every year.
